Found - Black Cat

Found - Affectionate black male cat near Hope St. and 5th St on the East Side of Providence. He has been in the area since early- to mid-August. He has a broken tail, which may be new or may be an identifying feature. He has been very vocal about getting into the neighbors' houses, and is declawed, so he is likely someone's indoor pet. If you know anything about his home (or are interested in adopting him if no one comes forward), please contact Rosa at rosarrb@verizon.net.
