Found Cat in ST. Anthony Park (St. Paul) View Web Page - Smaller long haired grey/brownish tabby like cat. Has very distinguishing physical abnormality feature that you must identify to claim. Found just miserable and very very cold and dirty on elementray school ground huddeld up against an out building for any warmth. Now warm and fed in temporary home. What a thankful social creature. This cat may need its medicine due to abnormality. Non-agressive so assume had love and care prior to its bad luck. -
