Lost Memory Cards View Web Page - 3 memory cards in the front pocket of a small green camera case. The pics are of a 3 week trip to Scotland and to Northern Italy in October 2007. There is a 4GB card, a 512MB, and a 32MB card. The pics are very special to me. The last time that I saw my camera case & memory cards was when I was sitting on the Spanish Steps in Rome. My friend and I then walked the streets to the Coloseum and then back to our budget hotel near Terrmini station. We stopped off at an ATM just outside the train station before heading back to the budget hotel. Please contact me if you have found them!!!! Thank you!!! -

Lost Canon PowerShot S80 in Venice/Italy or Budapest around January 18t2008 View Web Page - Me and two friends were in Venice/Italy and went to Budapest, where we found out the camera had disappeared! We don't know when exactly this might have happened, if on the train from Venice St. Lucia-Venice Mestre (Jan, 18th, 2008 around 6pm), or Venice St Lucia-Budapest (Jan, 18th, 2008 around 9:40 pm) or still on our walks between those two. And not only was there a 1G card, but inside there was a 128MB with more pictures from Italy. We REALLY wanted those cards! We obviously would pay a reward (although were quite young) and the camera itself would be also welcome, but mostly the pictures!! At this point we have lost almost every hope, but if you did find the camera, PLEASE get in touch!! No words could express how grateful we would be! We're from brazil, and those moments were so special for us!! Its really sad to think we'll never see those pictures again.. -

Lost camera in Positano, Italy Ocober 15, 2006 View Web Page - This is a long shot, but here it goes. In October of 2006 my girlfriend and I took a trip to Italy. Over the course of 10 days we lost not one, but two cameras. We have NO pictures at all... until now.
Camera number one was lost in the Blue Grotto on the Isle of Carpri. The camera slid from my belongings, bounced through the railing, off the rocks and into the drink. That was on day 3.
We got another camera. A Casio digital camera. We went to Rome, The Vatican, a Papal mass, Sorento, Pompeii and drove the Amalfi coast. In Positano, the camera dropped in the parking lot, located on a pier on the water. About 5 minutes from the time we parked, we realized it was gone and looked for a half hour. Nothing. Someone picked it up. Maybe they saw us and kept it. Maybe not.
If not for the video I have of the entire trip. we would have nothing but memories, but the loss is beyond words.
Last week, the camera that we lost in The Blue Grotta appeared! With all the pictures we took intact. It's a very long story.
What are the odds of recoving the other camera now as well? Who knows? But after this 1st miracle, why not another?
